Every worker has a public record page at a link like …/#/r/worker-slug. No login is required to view it — that's the point, since it's meant to be scanned by a gate guard or auditor who has no FieldCred account.

Shown

  • Photo (or initials avatar), name, and title.
  • Your company's logo and name, if configured.
  • An honest status summary — it leads with the worst status present (expired first, then expiring, then missing, then valid), never a blanket "Verified" if anything on the record needs attention.
  • Department and location.
  • Every certification, each with its own status pill, issuer, verify link/card number, and a Verified badge if applicable.
  • A "Record updated" freshness date.
  • A green/red clearance banner for a specific site, if the viewing device has a gate configured — see Setting up a site's gate link.
  • A "Save contact" button that downloads a vCard with the worker's name and title.

Deliberately hidden

  • Phone number and email — never shown here, on any circumstance.
  • Who verified a certification (an admin's email) — shown on the internal staff view, but stripped from this public page.
This page is built to be safely handed to a stranger. It answers "is this person cleared, and are their certs real and current" without exposing anything a bad actor could use to contact or impersonate the worker or your staff.

To control whether this page is reachable at all, see Turning off a worker's public link.
